Date night

Holiday RomanceoBroderie Dress- Portmans (here)
Heels- Topshop (old, similar here)
'Michelle' necklace- thanks to oNecklace

I had my hair cut, and thought I best make the most of an excellent hair situation by wearing a new dress and heading out!  The babysitter fell through, so all three of us went out for an early dinner.  A lovely Summer evening and I'm always up for an excuse to dress up.

This dress, bought full price (!), is now on sale :/ I can't spot the navy option online however I saw plenty in store just this week, also the coral and white options. Despite already having done a bit of damage to the credit card with the Boxing Day sales I'm really tempted to get this dress in white as well... it would look so good with tan wedges... hmmmmm, actually so would the coral!

I will also point out my name necklace.  I love this look, of course originally worn by Carrie in the Sex in the City.  This one is from oNecklace who has have a range of very affordable personalised jewellery.

Finally, I hope you all had a really happy Christmas and a wonderful New Year!!!!!

Heels- Boohoo (similar here)
Basket of Dreams cuff- thanks to Najo Jewellery
Ray Ban sunnies- thanks to Vision Direct Australia

So last week it was Ash and his Ray Ban's via Vision Direct Australia, and now it's my turn!  This time adding to my growing collection of Ray Ban aviators with this all black polarized version.  I love this look and these will definitely be on high rotation, plus the polarized lens makes everything look extra amazing.  Vision Direct stocks 180 brands and 80,000 so they are bound to have you favourite in stock and for the best price.

On another note, how cute is this denim jumpsuit with it's cheeky cut out back and wide cropped legs!! I wore it all day Sunday with flat sandals and then popped on these heels for the photos for a more dressed up look.   Plus it has the deepest, biggest pockets which are pretty handy when your son likes to carry a small fleet of planes around with him ;)  And yes the zipper does go all the way up at the back, but clearly I got distracted mid zip and my photographer, i.e. husband didn't notice. lol

It also comes in a lighter denim wash and black but those were sold out in my size.  A white version is also available.

Salt Water Sandals x Bstore

Top- Sportsgirl
Denim skirt- Portmans
Watch- Daniel Wellington
Top- BigW
Shorts- Cotton On Kids

Here I am with my mini-me, my two year old son Ash, and wearing our matching Salt Water sandals!  I have to say I love these sandals, made from leather they mold to your feet for comfort and fit, and they LOVE getting wet!!  Toddlers LOVE getting wet too so it has to be perfect toddler sandal.  You can also throw them in the washing machine, these sandals are that tough.

Salt Water sandals have been around for over 70 years, which proves they are such a classic style. And Ash and I are both getting heaps of wear out of them. Available from Bstore in a range of neutral colours- black, navy, tan, silver, gold, and white.  I went for the tan for both of us, but must admit it was a tricky choice.

Size wise, I followed the size guide on the Bstore website and that worked out just right.
